Celebrating Our 30th Anniversary
Kimberly and her team have supported clients in over 20 roadshows for IPOs. Coach Kimberly International's in-demand hybrid approach of coaching and consulting resulted in over $25,000,000 in revenue. In Kimberly's legacy-making years, she is passionately devoted to advancing women in leadership in STEM fields through her She's Up! initiative.

Celebrating Our 20th Anniversary
Kimberly built out the first roster of independent coaches, The KARE Consortium, which consisted of over 7,500 coaches around the globe. Coach Kimberly International, formerly The KARE Group, helped clients achieve over 250,000 leadership development goals and achieved $10,000,000 in revenue.

Celebrating Our 10th Anniversary
During her first decade in business, Kimberly was a highly sought-after consultant to launch corporate universities such as BellSouth, Chick-fil-A, and SunTrust. She also spent time contributing to the formation of coaching governing bodies and schools such as the International Coaching Federation and CoachVille Institute.

Celebrating Our Start
After a successful career as a Human Resources Executive in the financial services industry, Kimberly launched her consultancy upon the advice of her mentor, Stephen R. Covey, who introduced her to Thomas Leonard aka 'The Father of Coaching.'
